Here is my tribute to Dee. Since she calls everyone pants, I felt that this picture of her pants was appropriate. She was an amazing leaper (especially into someone's picture). Peace out Dee!
Claire, this picture is for you! Not only am I wearing the skirt that you gave me, I am wearing heals. Big ones. Ones that hurt my feet. I wore it all for you! You were right though, it was fun to be all dressed up in girly clothes.
At the Islands of Adventure there are several lands, including Seuss Landing. Oh the childhood memories that came flooding back. There were stuffed animals of Star Bellied Sneeches and Horton. I saw the Cat in the Hat, Thing 1 and Thing 2 as well as the Grinch. There was a diner called Green Eggs and Ham too. It was so cute, it was probably the most fun area that we went to. I wish I could have spent more time there but we had to leave early.
Me and the Grinch. This must have been after his heart grew. He was very loving.
Okay, so there is a small dry spot on my shirt. Eventually, the rest of the water soaked into that spot and I was completely soaked. That's Brian and Allison. I work with Allison and Brian is her boyfriend. They are really nice and it was lots of fun to hang out with them.
Ain't that too true...

I am about to show you what some may consider very disturbing photos. This is what happens when two, very hyper, girls come home from a trip to Wal-Mart. Granted, this does not happen to most girls; however, we were listening to "A Goofy Movie" soundtrack. Need I say more?
Using my newly purchased conditioner as a mic, we belted out some fierce tunes.
Yes, we are dancing. I guess that's what you'd call it.
We must have looked good because J-Dawg instantly became our paparazzi. Check out the clock on the table. Now you see it...

...now you see Ashlee's foot where the clock used to be. Now don't think any less of me. I just wanted to show you what happens when you get cramped in this place for too long. I need to get out! Maybe I'll find my sanity when I come home. Maybe not.
Freaky Frankie Fred the Albino Frog. Freaky for short. The freakiest part is that he's not on the ground. The break in the cement is where the wall turns into the ceiling. Not only that, we live on the second story. They climb up our building. Ew. He often crawls onto our balcony, whick is why I randomly start screaming when I am on the phone with you.
A tribute to manager Dave. He's peacing out to go work at the Animal Kingdom. There's no way he could have as much fun as we have here but he says it's for a promotion. Good luck Dave! He's sporting an Ariel wig, it really brings out the embarrassment in his cheeks.
Star Wars Weekends. Disney-MGM Studios. Saturday, June 10, 2006.
I was so scared to get this guy's attention. How do you ask a Storm Trooper for a picture? How do you even begin to talk to a Storm Trooper? I had my new friend Beau take the picture really quick and as soon as it was snapped he left my side and went to attack poor Sergio. I don't know what we did to upset him but I avoided any more confrontation for the rest of the day.
Walt made us go see this celebrity interview thing with host Warwick Davis. I started to fall asleep at the beginning because I was so tired. Walt thought that I was sick. The only part about Star Wars that makes me sick, are the crazy people who think that they really are Princess Leia. Even though I had no idea who these guys are, they were are hilarious and I'm sure they had a great time making the movies. From left to right, wearing beautiful golden Mickey ears, we have Boba Fett, Janga Fett, a producer or someone like it and Wickett. (Please forgive any spelling errors that I have made, I am just starting out at this whole Star Wars thing.)
I met Jedi Mickey! This was definately the climax of Star Wars Weekends at Disney MGM Studios. Although I didn't have a clue about what characters were running around and whose autograph I was getting it was still fun to just get caught up in the hype. From left to right we have Walt, Sergio, Jedi Mickey, me (closing my eyes like it's my job!) and Beau. It was a very interesting day. I learned a lot about these Star Wars fans!
Before...just arriving from a Utah winter and eager to get started to what I knew to be the best experience I could have.

After...about 5 months into the program I look a little more tan, a little older and a little wiser. I have been introduced to so much and had my eyes opened to things that I would have never experienced in the bubble.
This photo provides multiple purposes. Not only does it add to my ever-growing collection of duck shots, it adds to my "Headless" collection. Look at how cute those wittle babies are!
Spoiler Warning! If you want to preserve the Disney Magic, read no further! I am not the only member of apartment 25203 in this picture. I wanted to say hi to my roommate, so here I am with Tigger! I was so excited to see her/him. I waited in a line that looped around basically the whole park. When I started, Pooh and Piglet were out but I got near the front by the time my Tigger came out. Eeyore thought that I was nuts until Dee explained later that we are roommates. I love working at Walt Disney World!
